Greg has been nothing but harassing and intimidating me since i returned goods uninvolving myself from a crime. i know a lot about him i was driving him to work about 6 weeks since he was under DUI in 2010. he would pay gas when he got his commission check in Fall. have phone records. verbal, he’d work when i needed heavy stuff because of spinal issues. 13 mi x 4 a day. truck got 12 mpg, f150 v8 triton 2006. by starting this back then. he didn’t to repay a lot and have his fun. 60 hrs plus gas money.

Dog Boy {DB}walks his dogs Off leash every day @ 8 a.m. eluding Police but walks Impudently next to Mothers pushing Baby Carriages with Young. I told DB months ago, not on my block! Politely, firmly I pack a holster since you may not be able to control 2 large dogs just in case a child startles one! He drives with dogs and buzzes my house sometimes several times a day. Visits Greg at night, another Corona Buddy!
Memorial Day, doing routine morning chores. DB drives past slow. Pulls upto Greg and lets 2 Blond dogs run free. Maybe a harmless visit. Every morning he evades Police observation by coming early. Today I was worried. I told him months ago. keep them on Leash Please.
Had to careful and not Violate Injunction. Couldn’t say What the Hell!

How it all began 10 years ago….
On October 2, 2010, Stefan and Greg went to the store to purchase tile for Greg. Greg picked up the 1st order without signing out on Sunday then ask Stefan to pick up the 2nd order on Monday. When Stefan went to the store to pick up the 2nd order for Greg, he realized that Greg picked up twice and wasn’t going to return both orders back to the store. Stefan was able to recover and return 17 cases of tile to Jose. My First mistake!
I was concerned that Greg was not going to return the rest of the 2nd pickup and wanted to let management know what happened, so I’m not liable for the tile. A possible Felony, Greg is his new neighbor and they are no longer communicating…..
When I went back to get 2nd load of tile Greg had returned from work after bragging about His Score, fooling Home Depot and Me. With Backup. There were at 4-5 others behind Him. I couldn’t retrieve rest of his Haul. He Threatened My Life if I ever stepped on HIS property and He made Specific mention of what he would do to the Stray Cats which I knew he considered a Nuisance. I fed them because increasingly as Foreclosures took over this Wonderful Neighborhood. Pets were abandoned, so I inherited them one at a time. Best I could. My Second Mistake, Not Settling things right there and then. Mano a Mano. Old Bull Again.
Greg is an Equal Opportunist, Uses and Hates Everybody He Can till it’s done.
For 10 years, there has constant disagreement, harassment. Even his Son and his Buddies shooting my Birds with a pellet Rifle. Like His Trash thrown in my Yard i just deal with IT! I just picked it up or Shooed them away. He never said Thanks for not calling the Cops. But there were and have been a few Police calls between these two neighbors, finally this last Easter Greg called again his 4th and at 2:23 a.m. Easter Sunday Eve, Stefan got a call from TPD. Your Neighbors says your throwing poison meat over the fence. Politely end the call in disbelieve, look out kitchen window, Squad SUV pulls right up front as if to say good night. Next day S calls 911, asks if there are 4 ADT cameras going to Cloud, 2 cameras on each exit. I’m in since dusk. How can it be me? Arrest him please, filling false charges again, using you to harass me. He’s still free, even filed Injunction of Harassment served a week later.
Surveillance now by Greg’s buddies that helped and had Corona parties, across the street now with vid, hoping I will trip up. Still being taunted for doing many good deeds that a criminal doesn’t seem to acknowledge or care. Greg is a bully and rather cause chaos in someone else’s life I have one question for Greg as to WHY? Is it because of the rift about the tile that started when I helped you move in next door and was just trying to help or are you just doing this for fun because you have nothing better to do with your life?
Greg and Stefan still don’t like each other to this day as well.
Greg get a Lawyer, I’m getting my 4th University degree. A Vet, with 3 Commendations, A Machinist. Maybe it’s time for The Juris Doctor degree (J.D. or JD), also known as the Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. Reached out to Lawyers, even Veterans’ Advocacy Law Clinic passed. Civil and Veterans Court Rights may have been violated. Police have refrained. Yet Greg escalated to the Court System now.
There have been 4 calls on me. The First was for Loud Music. TPD responded very politely. I explained some history, they left agreeing wasn’t too loud, my property. Within My Rights, I allowed Walk Thru Freely.
2nd call was late at night. I was feeding another Stray Cat I Inherited this Winter right outside my front door. Cat reacted, I turned around and saw two large Blond Dogs walking on my property coming from the Park in the Dark coming into my lights. Dogs are off leash, Owner stays in the Dark, just see his feet. As I turn towards I yell I got a gun! It’s inside on top of the Fridge. I’ll freely admit, I was frightened, even Spooked. Then next thing as I move out to see, from Greg’s direction a Spotlight hits me, Blinding me. A Setup. I expected and waited outside for the call. Vids soon! No Miranda, 2 times i let free walk thru.
Easter Sunday 2:23am TPD called. His 4th call on ME, neighbor complained I’m throwing poison meat for his dog and asks about wall. I explained 10 years harassed and threw things at me and WHY?!!!
Now, Greg escalates to Court System since Police understand they’ve been played. I’m served with Injunction of Harassment. OK, It’s on, time for a 4th degree, instead of back to PhD. maybe just a J.D. Take the System on.
Next day I call 911, ask I’ve got ADT shows I never left house after dusk. Proving Who Harasses!
Look at about 1 min. 2nd cop Holsters his gun. Who made decision to come in with Deadly Force? Why? Took guns, said talk to a Doc, get them in the morning. Still haven’t. That’s what Greg wants, for me to fire off a Round!

I feel i need to say something about a bartender i knew there in the 60’s Louis Kamenar. A kind gentle man who tended bar at the club. a large heavy metal brace from the knee down to his foot on one leg impeded him. but always a smile and a clean bar and glass in a club they built by their selves. They were carpenters, plumbers and masons as well. Everyone and visitors always welcomed. sometimes that place partied HARD with families and wives, live music even violins, Hunky style. It was a usual quick drink after hard factory or outdoor work building a city. these were children who escaped War and came to America. take care of all your tenders.
Now I got a little Mess and starting to take things Personally. Kept it silent, tried teaching, my style. Stepping back a little, let’s watch and see.

Last week my I was feeding my cat as usual at night. sat down and funny sounds, then my Neighbor’s voice. Immediately I ran inside not wanting to break His Injunction against Me.. I called 911. Next morning 3 Unmarked cars pull up to my Home. Right up front. A Mental Health team, it took me a little time, time to understand this wasn’t usual response. Over an hour of discussion with two Detective in full Body Armor, more on the street. I stayed calm as I came to realize they wanted me to come in for an Mental Evaluation, voluntary of course. they stated , We can Detain, not Arrest. I showed them something I considered “Creepy”. They didn’t disagree. at the end of a “Cordial” visit I was given a Victim’s report and we bumped elbows! They provided an Up link, the videos above and more. I’m proving these two have working together for months. Teasing, taunting, terrorizing me at times. Constantly finding ways to disrupt My Life on My small corner of Tucson. My Sanctuary. Using Red flag laws based upon false allegations of a convicted criminal and and man that uses dog’s as weapons! Difficult to defend my Home and my Honor.

Sunday, March 21st started badly. The guy with Dogs came up from the park with his dogs unleashed right up to my my property. At the corner he leashed them, I said thank you, He said replied. “Shut the Fuck up Old Man”. “We’re going to get you” He continued saying other things. That was early. Later that night he came around when I was feeding my cat and started up again. He was joined by Greg who brought out his spotlight that is also a Strobe light. I was disorientated. I was already tired, my day was over I has been up since about 3 a.m.. I called 911. 5 officers arrived around 6 p.m. I am tired tired of Jackals, Vultures and Hyenas always surrounding, nipping and threatening me. I appreciate the Police, they understand my frustration and know I don’t want to Hurt anyone. Even though Greg and Tim constantly provoke me.
